If you send us the details of your requirements i.e. Make, Model, Size and Product Codes [if available] we will try and source the product for you. Q. Will you be as competitive with this product as you are with all your other products already on your website? A. The simple answer is YES!!!. If you have been quoted a cheaper price for the same product (and we can verify this) then let us know and we will do our best to at least match that price or even better it if we can. Q. How can your prices be so low compared to my local showroom? A. It's simple. Showrooms can cost £xxx,000 to to run every year and it's you, the customer, who has to pay for it. We don't have these huge overheads, so we can keep our profit margins lower and pass on the benefits. Q. How can I trust you? A. Firstly, trust has to be earned. Secure measures are in place for you to make payments via Credit Card or Debit Card. By making your payments by Credit Card you automatically protect yourself against fraud. We also operate the facility where you can pay a deposit by cheque with the balance (in cash) due on delivery. (Only available for complete bathroom suites being delivered in Northern Ireland). What if something arrives and it is damaged?A. We encourage all deliveries to be inspected and signed for. All guarantees are from the manufacturer and range from 1 year to a lifetime guarantee. Q. Where will you deliver? A. In all cases to Northern Ireland & Republic of Ireland. In some cases to Great Britain. Please contact us before ordering. Q. How long does it take from placing an order to taking delivery of my bathroom? A. It depends on what is ordered. It can be anything from 2 days for normal everyday items to 6 weeks for specialist items made to order. You can contact us before you order to get an estimated delivery time.
